We will discuss your kitchen requirements and correctly measure the kitchen area during our on-site discussion. We will then create an initial kitchen design and quote based on this information, which will be emailed to you within a few days. There is no cost for this service, and there is no obligation to use it.
The first design is not always the final design, and some tweaking may be required. At this point, we invite you to contact us with any suggestions or improvements you may have.
You can call in and watch as our designer makes the adjustments utilising the most up-to-date computer-aided design software. Different combinations can be tried and discarded while you watch until you find the perfect balance of your own needs, functionality, and beauty.
If you’re short on time, simply call or e-mail the revisions you need, and we’ll get you a revised design and quotation. During this step, the sink, benchtop type, handle design, kitchen accessories, and colour choices are all considered and finalised.
We create a kitchen sales contract that includes everything about your kitchen, from colours, finishes, hardware, and accessories, once you are satisfied with all aspects of the design and price and choose to proceed. Both parties check, sign, and initial the document, and a 50% deposit of the total kitchen price is paid to confirm the order.
We provide you a firm delivery and installation date at this point, which is normally 3 working weeks from the date of confirmation.
We ask a final payment of 40% after the kitchen has been made and just before delivery. Before completing this payment, you are welcome to come to our factory and inspect your new kitchen.
We prefer to deliver the kitchen the day before installation so that the installer may have a head start the next day. If this is not possible for whatever reason, the kitchen will be delivered the morning of the installation.
Jetset Kitchens certified installers complete all installations, which can take anywhere from one to two days depending on the size and intricacy of the kitchen.
The kitchen cabinetry includes laminate benchtops that are delivered and installed. Stone and acrylic benchtops, on the other hand, require templating once the kitchen cabinetry is fitted. They are then made and installed within ten (10) business days following the templating date.We ask for a final kitchen payment of 10% of the total amount once the installation is complete and everything is to your satisfaction.
